Refund Policy:  There are no refunds on either products or services.  All sales are final.

Shipping Policy:  We will ship gift certificates only by standard USPS.

Confidentiality Policy:  Body Wraps of Texas does not share personal information.

Gratuity:  Gratuity is graciously appreciated. A 10% gratuity is added automatically for group appointments of 3 or more people.

Appointment Policy:  All services are by appointment only.  We require that you make a $40.00 deposit to reserve your appointment time.  No shows, cancellations or changes to appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a $40 charge.

Package Policy:  Packages may be used by one person only.  All packages are good for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable. 

Coupons/Gift Certificates:  Be sure to verify before your visit that any coupon or gift certificate is still valid and useable for the service or item you wish to receive.  Coupons and Gift Certificates are valid only for the person; services or items listed on them, are useable for only one person, and may not be combined with other offers.  For example, a person may not use a coupon to save off a package special.   Gift certificates are not refundable.   

Referral Policy:  Any client that refers 4 clients that come in and receive a body wrap will get a free body wrap.  The person receiving referral credit must be a previous client at Body Wraps of Texas.  Clients may not cross refer each other.  Referred clients must write the name of the client referring them at the time of their first appointment on the questionnaire form and this may not be changed afterwards. Group appointments do not also count as referrals.

Group Policy:  Clients that make appointments as groups can receive a discount on Power body wraps.  A group agreement policy form must be filled out and a non-refundable deposit of $50 must be made by each person in the group.  The $50 is credited towards the fee for the service at the time of the appointment.  We require 48 hour notice for any change or cancellation for group appointments.  Clients without deposits or forms made out before the appointment do not count as part of the group.  There is a sliding scale on discounts depending on the size of the group.

3 to 4 people save $20 per person

5 to 6 people save $25 per person

7 to 8 people save $30 per person

9 or more saves $35 per person

Additionally, there is a 10% gratuity (calculated before discount) added to all group appointments that goes to the wrap technician that handles the client.  Additional gratuity may be given but is not required.  Other policies may apply to groups and may be acquired by fax.

A $39 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. 

When you give your credit card number for your deposit, it will be charged immediately.  Upon arrival for your service, your deposit will be applied toward the price of your service.  Deposits will be kept for any missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments without at least 24 hours notice, no exceptions.

  If the price of your service is less than $39.00, the difference will be returned to you at the end of your appointment in the form which it was paid.

  Gift certificates and memberships:  If you have a gift certificate or a membership, please notify the receptionist when you schedule your appointment.  You will notbe charged a deposit, however, if you miss your appointment or change it without 24 hours notice, a $39 fee will be charged.   All other appointment policies apply.
